1. Currently when we run SAP reports, it takes a long time. Can Simplement fix this?
   Yes, Simplement facilitates real-time, rapid reporting - with no strain on your SAP application servers, because Simplement uses a different architecture and design. While SAP’s architecture is very efficient for transactional process, it does not directly support the data structures needed as inputs for a reporting or BI systems. Simplement does the hard work to unlock the data and make it ready to feed into Microsoft BI and Reporting tools. This dramatically improves speed. For example, the typical enterprise has databases with tens of millions of rows of data, or more. The SAP reporting approach might query the entire database with table scans, whereas the Simplement approach uses the power of SQL 2008 R2 to eliminate search of data that’s not relevant to a particular query.
   
   
2. Does the Simplement BI solution support Self Service by performance management end users?
   Yes, this is a key driver of adoption of the Simplement solution and the Microsoft BI stack. Once Simplement unlocks your SAP data, business users can easily create reports to run against the data. They may use common tools such as Excel to build the reports. It’s flexible - no ABAP coding is required.
   
   
3. How quickly can we get a pilot program going?
   We can get a system running for you in a week. That’s because we deliver you a complete set of virtual machines that are loaded onto available Virtual Machine hosts servers in your environment. To install and configure the pilot environment requires about 2 days.
   
   
4. How quickly can we move from pilot to production?
   As long as you have the hardware available, the Simplement Liberator  can be installed in two days if you run SAP on Microsoft SQL Server, or three days for SAP on Oracle. Our PCVM (Pre-Configured Virtual Machine) requires only a suitable VM host.

   Once you have the Liberator installed in production, you are no longer constrained by the complexities of SAP, Data Extraction, Knowledge of ABAP etc. Liberated data begins to flow immediately and you can have productive reports in about one week.
