Developer License
The Simplement Developer License allows your SQL, .NET, Java, Business Objects, and other developers to easily work with SAP data. Your developers can do every required data related task, with no ABAP anywhere in the reporting chain. You reap a dual benefit: 1) Better use your existing talent, and (2) dramatically reduce your SAP reporting backlog.
The Developer License gives you tools in these categories:

Metadata Exploration: Simply having access to the tables isn’t enough. SAP is big (over 40,000 tables and more than 400,000 columns), so you need tools to guide you to the data you want. Simplement’s Real-Time Metadata ExplorationTM (RTME) provides flexible and easy to query meta data catalogs that make it easy to find the data you need.
Governance: Simplement tools automatically manage replication of SAP data, and the promotion of replicated and user-created objects (including views and functions) from dev to test to prod. We leverage Microsoft Team Foundation Server source control, so every object is versioned, and properly controlled. Every promotion is fully traceable, rescindable, and repeatable to meet your full goals for governance, risk management and compliance.
Real-Time Automated Security ProjectionTM: Only Simplement allows you to automatically make every SAP security object available in real-time in the reporting environment. Simply join the Liberator Security ProjectorTM into any report that uses Liberated data, and the report is automatically security-trimmed based on the actual security definitions in your SAP systems. If someone changes a user or group authorization in SAP, the change is immediately updated to the Liberator, and applied to the protected reports in real-time.
Real-Time Automated Hierarchy TraversalTM: One of the most common business requirements is to trim reports based on SAP Hierarchies. For example:
- a sales executive should only see reports based on profit centers for which s/he has direct or indirect responsibility
- an accounting report should only include the accounts in a certain group
- a manager needs to rollup reports based on product groups
The Liberator Developer License makes it simple. Without writing any code, developers will automatically speed through any SAP defined hierarchy, and reports will be automatically trimmed for them.
