Consulting

Simplement provides consulting support to help you get started with the setup of the Data Liberator in days or weeks. Your first installation will be in your QAS or DEV environment, and we’re happy to provide you a completely configured Proof of Concept box on a trial basis (Windows 2008 server running SQL 2008 Enterprise and the Simplement software) to get you started.

Our consulting focuses on helping you determine which installation is right for your situation, and then providing you with suggested specs for the hardware, operating system, database software and network configurations needed to run the Data Liberator.

We would be pleased to work with you intensively on the development of your first few reports or Key Performance Indicators, using the agile development method for rapid results and continuous feedback. We also provide ongoing ad-hoc consultations via webconference to help you through trouble spots. But it’s not our business model to seek a long-term, full-time consulting arrangement.

We’ll help your technical people get trained to run the Data Liberator, and your business people to make their own reports within a change management structure that’s mindful of corporate governance objectives.

For deeper assignments to develop custom dashboards, scorecards, reports and the like, we make referrals to select consulting firms who understand our approach and also work in the agile method, with incremental scope and results.
