Approach

Simplement is first and foremost an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). Our consulting is focused around deployment and initial training. We rely on approved partners to deliver the Functional and Technical consulting that may be required for an implementation.

Our delivery for both Simplement Employees and Partners is either on-site or via VPN and Office Communications Server. After the initial burst of on-site activity associated with any new project -- consulting services are delivered far more effectively via remote sessions. With our advance OCS based remote consulting with Bi-Directional Desktop Sharing, knowledge transfer is tremendously enhanced.

Our goal is for every hour of consulting to work towards the goal of deliverable, actionable business intelligence.
